Made Scientific Signs Binding MOU with NurExone Biologic Inc. for U.S. GMP Exosome Manufacturing and Commercial Supply

Made Scientific has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NurExone Biologic Inc. (TSXV: NRX, OTCQB: NRXBF, FSE: J90) and its U.S. subsidiary, Exo-Top Inc., to serve as NurExone's exclusive U.S. partner for the manufacturing and aseptic fill-finish of its bone marrow-derived exosomes. The partnership will leverage Made Scientific's 60,000-square-foot, FDA and EU GMP Annex 1-compliant facility in Princeton, New Jersey.

Under the agreement, the two companies will begin transferring NurExone's technology while working toward a definitive partnership agreement, with a goal of producing the first GMP-grade exosome batches in the first half of 2027. The proposed deal carries an initial five-year term with options for successive five-year renewals, supporting NurExone's clinical pipeline, as well as its broader commercial exosome ambitions.
